Our local supplier, Creedy Carver ducks, have specialised in producing the finest free range duck or over 30 years with a reputation for great flavour. Alternatively our Barbary ducks, raised in the Loué region of France offer a sweet succulence that is milder than the Mallard duck. Freshly Frozen to seal in the moisture and flavour, all our duck is blast frozen as soon as it is butchered. We have whole ducks and duck breasts available for deliver throughout the UK next day.
