Our traditional British beef breeds are grass fed on lush pastures in the west country, we then dry age our Rib of Beef on the bone for a minimum 32 days to ensure the rib is phenomenally succulent and full of extraordinary flavour. The rib is best cooked on the bone and the rich juices can be used to create an amazing gravy. (which will blow off your Xmas socks).
