The humble Yorkshire Pudding, simple to make with only 3 ingredients, but tricky to cook! This staple side to the Great British Roast is loved well beyond the northern English county.
Yorkshire pudding Ingredients
150g plain flour
4 medium eggs
300 ml milk
85g cooking oil
Method
Mix eggs, milk and flour thoroughly. Rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Pour the cooking oil into a mould/tin and place in the oven for 12 minutes, carefully pour in the batter and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
