Chicken Breast Fillets (Skinless) - pack of 2

Two skinless UK chicken breast fillets – the everyday staple. Grill, pan-fry or bake them, or slice into stir-fries and salads.

• 2 skinless breast fillets, approx. 170g each (340g)
• UK chicken
• Delivered frozen

How to cook it

Defrost in the fridge. Pan-fry over a medium heat for 6–8 minutes each side, or bake at 200°C for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through with no pink meat (75°C).

Cut and packed by our butchers at Elston Farm, Copplestone, Devon, from UK chicken.

Storage

Delivered frozen. Put it in the freezer as soon as it arrives and keep it at -18°C or below. If it has started to soften but still has ice crystals in it, it is safe to refreeze. To use, defrost in the fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
