Diced Chicken Breast - 500g

500g of UK chicken breast, diced and ready to cook. Saves prep time for curries, stir-fries, pies and kebabs. Serves 3–4.

How to cook it

Defrost in the fridge. Fry in a little oil over a medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, or simmer in a sauce for 15–20 minutes, until cooked through with no pink meat.

Cut and packed by our butchers at Elston Farm, Copplestone, Devon, from UK chicken.

Storage

Delivered frozen. Put it in the freezer as soon as it arrives and keep it at -18°C or below. If it has started to soften but still has ice crystals in it, it is safe to refreeze. To use, defrost in the fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
