Two rind-on gammon steaks, each about 8oz (227g). A quick, filling dinner – with egg and chips, or grilled pineapple.

How to cook it
Defrost in the fridge. Snip the rind every few centimetres so the steaks stay flat. Grill or fry over a medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes each side until cooked through.

Cut and packed by our butchers at Elston Farm, Copplestone, Devon, from UK pork.

Pork (87%), Water, Salt, Preservatives (E250, E252).
Storage
Delivered frozen. Put it in the freezer as soon as it arrives and keep it at -18°C or below. If it has started to soften but still has ice crystals in it, it is safe to refreeze. To use, defrost in the fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
