Minced Pork - 500g

500g of UK minced pork for meatballs, burgers, dumplings and stir-fries – or mix it half and half with beef mince for a richer bolognese. Serves 4.

How to cook it

Defrost in the fridge. Brown in a hot pan with a little oil, breaking it up as it cooks, then carry on with your recipe. Cook until steaming hot all the way through with no pink meat.

Minced and packed by our butchers at Elston Farm, Copplestone, Devon, from UK pork.

Storage

Delivered frozen. Put it in the freezer as soon as it arrives and keep it at -18°C or below. If it has started to soften but still has ice crystals in it, it is safe to refreeze. To use, defrost in the fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
