Macsween's traditional haggis, made with lamb, beef, oatmeal, onions and spices. A 1lb (454g) haggis serves 2–3 – with neeps and tatties for Burns Night, or sliced and fried for breakfast.

How to cook it

Follow the cooking instructions on the pack. Haggis is already cooked, so it only needs heating through until piping hot.

Ingredients

Lamb, Beef, Oats, Stock, Onion, Salt, Pepper, Spices. May contain wheat (gluten).

Storage

Delivered frozen. Put it in the freezer as soon as it arrives and keep it at -18°C or below. If it has started to soften but still has ice crystals in it, it is safe to refreeze. To use, defrost in the fridge and use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze once fully defrosted.
