Introducing our Pasture Fed Beef Shin, a cut of unparalleled richness and flavor, sourced directly from the foreshank of the cow. This exceptional piece of meat is a culinary delight, known for its deep, robust flavor and the tenderness it achieves when cooked with patience and care.

Raised on lush, green pastures, our cows enjoy a 100% natural diet, contributing to the beef shin’s distinctive, hearty flavor. The pasture-fed lifestyle not only enhances the taste but also ensures the meat is packed with essential nutrients, making every bite a wholesome experience.

Cooking this cut low and slow is the secret to unlocking its full potential. The gradual cooking process allows the meat to tenderize beautifully, resulting in a dish that is succulent, flavorful, and melt-in-the-mouth. We are dedicated to providing our customers with premium-quality, ethically sourced meats. Our Pasture Fed Shin is a testament to this commitment. Offering a taste of the countryside that is as authentic as it is delicious.
