Easy White Bread Recipe
Making your own bread doesn’t have to complicated, follow our easy guide to make the perfect loaf of bread.
500g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting
2 tsp salt
7g sachet fast-action yeast
3 tbsp olive oil
Add your flour, yeast, and salt to the bowl. Make a well in the center of your will mixed dry ingredients, add in the olive oil and water, mix well.
Tip onto a floured surface, knead for ten minutes. Place in an oiled bowl and allow to rise for at least one hour, knock the air out, and place on a lined baking tray – allow to rise for another three hours. Bake for 30 mins on 220c.
