Super Special Sloe Gin Cranberry Sauce

A modern and exciting twist on a festive meal essential. Can be made 4 days before and kept in the fridge or frozen for 2 months.

60g light soft brown sugar
250g pack fresh cranberries
100ml sloe gin
4 juniper berries

1.     Put all ingredients straight into the saucepan. Bring up to a simmer for 5 mins.
2.     Take off the heat and leave to cool
