BBQ Chicken Burger with Wedges and Salad

For the BBQ Chicken Burger:

For the Wedges:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

For the Salad:

  • Mixed salad greens
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumber slices
  • Your choice of salad dressing

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pre-glazed BBQ chicken breasts on the grill or in the oven. Cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Make sure to turn the chicken breasts halfway through the cooking time for even cooking.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, prepare the burger buns. Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each bun, then add lettuce, tomato, and onion.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, place it on the prepared buns and top with a slice of cheddar cheese. The heat from the chicken should melt the cheese slightly.

For the Wedges:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedge shapes and toss them in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until they’re golden and crispy.

For the Salad:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber slices.
  2. Toss the salad with your choice of dressing just before serving.

This BBQ Chicken Burger is a crowd-pleaser and is sure to become a favorite in your household. Enjoy your BBQ Chicken Burger with a side of crispy potato wedges and a fresh salad.
