1tsp Cumin
1tbsp Brown Sugar
2tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1tbsp Soy Sauce
1tbsp Chilli Sauce
1tbsp Oregano
1tbsp Flat Leaf Parsely
300g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes

To Serve:
Grilled Flat Bread or Wraps
Summer Coleslaw
Optional: Goats Cheese
